How do I measure my watch to make sure I am ordering the correct size?
To ensure the correct size, please measure the width between the lugs of the watch case and the width of the strap at the buckle. This is measured in millimeters.
How will my strap be made?
Your strap will be fully handmade. Watch how we make it on YouTube.
When can I expect my package?
Your strap is made to order, typically within 3–5 days. After it ships, expect delivery within about 2 weeks. A tracking number will be emailed to you once it's on the way.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. A tracking number will also be provided once your order is shipped.
I could not find the color on the leather I want, what should I do?
The colors you can see on our website are what we have in store and ready to use. We can make a special order based on your request — please contact us for details.
What is the refund policy?
Due to the custom nature of our straps, we generally cannot offer full refunds for returns based on customer preference. However, if your strap exhibits any manufacturing defects or quality issues attributable to our craftsmanship or materials, we are fully committed to resolving the matter to your satisfaction.
